The Weekend Health Management Course is a unique immersion program to empower you to take health into your own hands by integrating yoga into your daily life. The aim of this short but concentrated course is to learn how to prevent, cure and rehabilitate specific health issues to promote overall well being. The course will be conducted by Master Sanjiv Chaturvedi, a foremost yoga therapy expert in Thailand, with a master’s degree in Applied Yogic Science from the Bihar School of Yoga in India. With over 14 years of experience teaching yoga to restore health in students with a wide variety of ailments and issues, he will guide the sessions in methodical and accessible manner so that practitioners may reap maximum benefits. In each course, a specific area of focus will be highlightes where the participants will;

  • Develop understanding of the individual issues in a supportive group

Participants should come in comfortable active wear. Yoga mat and towel will be provided. Free parking available. Participants will be awarded certificates of completion at the end of the 2-day course.
