The course is suitable for all levels of practitioners. It is for anyone who wants to deepen his or her knowledge about yoga, aspired yoga teachers and yoga teachers who want to brush up their knowledge.

About the Teacher
Sanjiv Chaturvedi has been living a yogic life since childhood. He has practiced yoga asana in school like other children in India, at home his family practices Bhakti Yoga and mantra chanting as a daily lifestyle. In 2002, he joined Bihar School of Yoga for and earned a Master Degree in Applied Yogic Sciences and has taken initiation from Swami Niranjannanda Saraswati. During his studies, he has conducted a number of researches on yoga with different diseases as well as sports skill improvement and injuries. After graduation, he worked for Bihar School of Yoga as a yoga teacher. He was assigned to teach and develop yoga program at various places in India. He is teaching yoga for last 11 years to the people from all over the world with a passion of serving the society.
His approach to yoga is based on the teaching of Swami Satyananda, the founder of Bihar School of Yoga which combines many paths of yoga, including Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and meditation. His goal is to spread yoga and the teachings of his Guru to the world. To achieve his goal, he is also working with universities and hospitals to reach out to more people. He has developed integrated yoga practices (for prevention, curation and rehabilitation) for various health issues so that everyone in the society can get benefits from doing yoga.

The course includes 50 hours of instruction and 1 month unlimited pass for all classes at Divine Yoga (value THB 4,900). If you are our current member at Divine Yoga, your membership will be suspended during the course.
