Being not physically inclined or getting adjusted to a more mature body need not be accompanied by feelings of frustration and helplessness. By integrating yoga in one's life can increase positive & creative health and add more years in your life! People who do not have time to take care of their bodies encounter challenges such as loss of muscle mass and elasticity, stiffness of joints, bone density loss and memory deterioration, all of which can be managed and improved by practicing yoga correctly with a qualified yoga therapy specialist. This course will focus on learning practices to increase physical mobility, manage pain and improving mental power. Whether you feel stiff all over, have back and joint pains, recovering or suffering from a chronic disease, or never practiced yoga before, all are welcome to participate in this empowering course.
In the course participants will;
Participants should come in comfortable active wear. Yoga mat and towel will be provided. Free parking available. Participants will be awarded certificates of completion at the end of the 2-day course.

9:30 – 10:30 Basic Integral Yoga Learn accessible practices aimed at relaxing the mind and the body through physical postures, breathing and awareness practices.
10:45 – 11:45 Condition Specific Practices/ Personal Yoga Program Learn practices specific to the health issue.
11:45 – 13:00 Lunch Break, various lunch options available within walking distance from the Divine Yoga Studio.
13:00 – 13:45 Yoga Nidra Also known as the yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation practice to rejuvenate the body and mind.
13:45 – 15:00 Theory and Question & Answers Develop understanding of the health issue and an opportunity to ask any questions.
15:00 – 15:30 Personal Yoga Program Touch-Up Review and correction of specific practices
